SHAPLY, is a brand which belongs to the Xinyi underwear Group and her filiale Ruiyi Import&Export trade Co.,ltd. Sunny Group, established in 1987, is a huge modern company which integrating R&D, production, marketing and services, focus on giving specialized services for international underwear brands and sell the products with SHAPLY brand as well.

 

After 23 years of underwear&swimwear manufacture experience, we developed to own 4 underwear factories and 1 moulded-cup manufactory, which inclding more than 3000 workers,each of whom has three to five years experience. Monthly capacity is more than 800,000 pieces. We use Brother and Juki sewing machines and Lectra computery automatism cutting machine. All of our own factories passed ISO 9001-2000,ISO 14001-2004 certified. The quality are stipulated by Okeo-tex 100 standard.

 

As a fast-respond company, we can develop 20 styles every month. Our lingerie and swimwear and home dress are sought after Intimissimi, Tezenis, H&M, Tchibo and Nautica and some famous retailers.

 

  We have passed inspections from fastidious customers. Our more than 100 QC staffs inspect every step during production, which from fabric sourcing to finishing, ensuring to provide exclusive products without any fault.
